Fatal Paris plane crash still under investigation

PARIS, TX - We're learning more about a small plane crash Near Paris, on January 12.

According to the National Transportation Safety Board, the Piper PA-46 Plane crashed less than a minute after the pilot had contact with Air Traffic Control in Fort Worth.

Witnesses told investigators they heard the engine making strange noises even back firing 4 or 5 times.

3 people who died all worked for Utah based Celtic Bank which owned the plane.

A final probable-cause report on the crash will be released once the investigation is finished.
