BRYAN COUNTY, OK -- A former Bokchito police officer is in trouble with the law himself.
31-year-old Robert Dale Buchanan was arrested Wednesday morning, according to the Bryan County court clerk's office.
Buchanan is charged with writing three or more fake checks for more than $500, which is a felony.
He was arraigned and bonded out of jail Wednesday afternoon. A preliminary hearing is set for December.
