28-year-old Dustin Ray Werneburg was in the Coal County courtroom Thursday morning for a motion docket. The motion docket is continued until the 20th of December at 9 a.m.

Police say Werneburg was taken into custody 3 weeks ago, at Blanchard Middle School, where he was working as a teachers aid.
