Former community center director pleads guilty to embezzlement

ARDMORE, OK -- The former director of the HFV Wilson Community Center in Ardmore pleaded guilty to embezzling from the organization.

Kurt Lemley originally pleaded not guilty to six counts of embezzlement, but decided to plead guilty to one of those counts as part of a plea bargain.

Part of that bargain also requires Lemely to pay the full amount of restitution, more than $10,000 dollars.

The city fired Lemley in August after they say charged $8,600 dollars to a city credit card and Pay-Pal account for personal use between February 2012 and April 2013.

Lemley's sentencing is set for August.
