PARIS, TX-- Paris Police confirm the body of a Paris teen reported missing over the weekend has been found.

Police say 18-year-old Gage Russell Kennedy was found dead along side a rail spur between 10th Street Northwest and West Center around 7:30 p.m. Sunday.

Kennedy's mother told officers her son left Thursday night to check his work schedule, but never returned home. Officers say he didn't go to school Friday, and a friend became concerned after receiving a text message.

Right now, police don't suspect foul play.

"As of this time we saw no signs of trauma or anything like that, so there is no visible injuries to the body," said Public Information Officer Curtis Garrett. "We are just still waiting on the autopsy results."

Paris police say they have reason to believe Kennedy took his own life. Preliminary autopsy results are expected sometime this week.
