GARVIN COUNTY, OK -- The Garvin County man accused of murdering another man and dismembering his body has testified about some of the grisly details of the crime.

Justin Hammer is accused of killing Brandon Duran in 2012 and putting his body parts in cement buckets.

Hammer has pleaded not guilty and testified in court Wednesday that he shot Duran twice in self defense, then detailed how he cut up and disposed of the body.

Hammer claims he was afraid of Duran because he thought he was a member of the "Banditos" motorcycle gang.
