Garvin County attorney arrested for DUI

MAYSVILLE, OK - A Garvin County attorney and municipal judge was arrested for driving under the influence.

Daniel Sprouse was pulled over for speeding around 10 p.m. last Tuesday along Highway 19 near Maysville.

Maysville police said Sprouse smelled of alcohol, and blew a 0.10 on a breath test.

The legal limit in both Oklahoma and Texas is 0.08

They said Sprouse was booked into the Garvin County jail and was released on a $1,000 bond.

Records show Sprouse's next court date is set for July 18.
