GORDONVILLE, TX-Some Gordonville residents are breathing a sigh of relief Tuesday night now that a trashed out, abandoned property has been cleaned up.
Neighbors told us last month they were worried about their health, living next to all sorts of unidentified trash on Chesterfield road. The property had been re-possessed by mortgage giant "Fannie Mae" and no one in town was checking on it.
Grayson County Environmental Officer, David Woods, informed the company a few weeks ago and said, as of today, a crew has picked up the trash, mowed the lawn and even fixed the exterior of both homes.
