Grayson College sign agreement extend partnership with SOSU

DENISON, TX - Grayson College is now a step closer to it's new Technical center in Van Alstyne but that's not the only development coming up on-campus.

College officials also signed an agreement to extend their partnership with Southeastern Oklahoma State University to the Van Alstyne campus.

Grayson College President, Jeremy McMillen, says SOSU may soon expand its academic programs to south campus offering courses in Occupational Safety and Health and Elementary Education.

According to McMillen, "We're very excited about that because Southeastern has been a very good university partner for us in Denison. We've had about 120 students over there currently involved. We think they have been a good partner and they'd be a good partner here."

The new agreement is pending final approval from the Oklahoma Higher Learning Commission.
