15TH DISTRICT COURT

MAYNOR, JEFFREY
42, from Lone Oak, pled guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance With Intent to Deliver – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 12 years in prison.

HAMBRICE, RYAN
21, from Southmayd, was sentenced to eight years in prison for failing to comply with terms of probation previously granted for Burglary of Habitation.

ROBINSON, CALLINA
38, from Sherman, was sentenced to six years in prison for failing to comply with terms of probation previously granted for Burglary of Habitation. Robinson pled guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver in a Drug Free Zone – Dihyrocodeinone and was sentenced to 16 months in state jail.

GENTRY, JOSEPH
29, from Sherman, was sentenced to four years in prison for failing to comply with terms of probation previously granted for Indecency with a Child.

DAVEE, FREDRICK
38, from Gordonville, was sentenced to four years in prison for failing to comply with terms of probation previously granted for Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine.

FLOYD, JEREMY
23, from Sherman, was sentenced to four years in prison for failing to comply with terms of probation previously granted for two charges of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon. Floyd also pled guilty to Injury to a Child Causing Serious Bodily Injury and was sentenced to four years in prison.

HAMILTON, JENNIFER
32, from Tom Bean, was sentenced to four years in prison for failing to comply with terms of probation previously granted for Possession of Controlled Substance – Dextropropoxyphene. Hamilton was also sentenced to 16 months in state jail for failing to comply with terms of probation previously granted for five counts of Forgery of Financial Instrument.

BOUNDS, BILLEY
30, from Whitewright, pled guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to four years in prison. Bounds also pled guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to one year in state jail.

GIBSON, ALAN
52, from Sherman, pled guilty to Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More and was sentenced to three years in prison and a $1,000 fine.

GUZMAN, MONICA
28, from Sherman, was sentenced to two years in prison for failing to comply with terms of probation previously granted for Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury. Guzman also pled guilty to Endangering a Child and was sentenced to 15 months in state jail.

BURPO, MICHAEL
28, from Sherman, pled guilty to Assault Family Member With Previous Conviction and was sentenced to two years in prison.

42, from Sherman, pled guilty to Debit Card Abuse and was sentenced to one year in state jail.

29, from Sherman, pled guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to nine months in state jail and a $500 fine.

ANDREWS, TYSON
21, from Denison, was sentenced to six months in state jail for failing to comply with terms of probation previously granted for Theft of Property Over $1,500 Under $20,000.

28, from Denison, pled guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 10 years in prison, probated for 10 years, a $500 fine, and 90 days in county jail.

28, from Sherman, was sentenced to three years in prison for failing to comply with deferred adjudication probation previously granted for Robbery. Jones was also sentenced to three years in prison for failing to comply with probation previously granted for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine. Jones pled guilty to Theft of Property Under $1,500 With Two Or More Previous Convictions and was sentenced to 18 months in state jail.
HOAGLEN, DAVID
40, from Sherman, pled guilty to Tampering with Physical Evidence and was sentenced to two years in prison. Hoaglen also pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 18 months in state jail.
MYLES, RONALDO
26, from Denison, pled guilty to Possession of Marijuana Over 4 oz. Under 5lbs. in a Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to two years in prison and a $500 fine.
