FANNIN COUNTY, TX -- The court hearing for a Fannin County man accused in the death of his 17 year old girlfriend has been pushed back.
20-year-old Dillon Mosley was indicted last month for aggravated assault with a weapon.
Authorities say Mosley was the driver of the vehicle that struck and killed his girlfriend, Mandie Fuller, in February.
Mosley could face 5 years to life in prison if convicted.
He's due back in court on August 29th.
