SHERMAN, TX -- Southbound lanes of Highway 75 have since reopened after a suicide Wednesday morning.

Sherman police say just before 9 a.m., Misty Rabalais of Santa Fe, Texas, jumped off the South Loy Lake Road overpass.

She was pronounced dead on scene.

Police say they are investigating the incident as a suicide and believe no foul play was involved.

"All we know right now is that she walked out on the bridge and either jumped or leaned over and fell off," Sherman Police Lt. Ken Brooks said.

Traffic was diverted off the highway for about two hours.
