Home Depot volunteers renovate home for Ada veteran

An Ada veteran came home to quite a surprise this evening.

A Home Depot volunteer group completely renovated her home.

Tonja Millberry only thought Team Depot would refinish her floors and paint her walls, but they also added new appliances, furniture, and plumbing.

The company finished the project in 6 days with labor donations from local contractors and goods from local stores.

Millberry's daughter was also surprised with the transformation.

"I couldn't even imagine what to expect," said Cyrenea Millberry, Tonja's daughter.. "And this is just far and beyond anything...I'm so happy for her."

Volunteers will help Millberry move her belongings into her house tomorrow.
