SOUTHMAYD, TX -- A Howe man is also headed to prison for aggravated robbery.

22-year-old James Mariano pleaded guilty to two cases of aggravated robbery and was sentenced to five years for each.

Police say Mariano tried to rob a Southmayd convenience store at gunpoint back in April.
