BRYAN COUNTY, OK -- An investigation into a Durant Daycare has come to a close.
The Oklahoma Department of Health and Human Services opened the investigation shortly after the Wonderland Learning Center's director, Krista Peacock, was arrested for driving under the influence of prescription drugs.
Durant Police say Peacock had four children in her car at the time of the arrest.
The daycare was closed voluntarily by the building owner while DHS conducted the investigation.
All DHS can say is that the investigation has come to a close, while their investigators say the decision to keep the daycare closed remains up to the building owner.
