CARTER COUNTY, OK -- The man at the center of a missing persons case in Southern Oklahoma appeared in court Wednesday morning.
James Conn Nipp was in court for a police that happened in Carter County back in January.
He's also charged in a separate police chase in Love County in July of 2013.
Investigators believe that Molly Miller and Colt Hanes were in the car with him that day last year.
The two Carter County residents haven't been seen or heard from since.
Wednesday Nipp plead not guilty to charges that stemmed from the most recent chase.
Trial has been set for August 11th.
