MARIETTA,OK -- A man pleads guilty to three charges involving a police chase last year when two teens went missing.

James Conn Nipp walked into the Love County courthouse and entered a guilty plea to three separate charges: eluding, assault with a dangerous weapon and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

The charges stem from an incident in which Nipp allegedly led police on a high speed chase with Molly Miller and Colt Haynes in his car, July 8, 2013.

Neither of them have been seen or heard from since.

Miller's family says they believe Nipp knows where Molly and Colt are, and want justice.

"It's something you can't get over. There's no closure," said Alex Miller.

Alex Miller hasn't seen his grandaughter since last year.

He says Molly's family has never stopped searching for her.

"We just take it one day at a time," said Miller.

Tuesday, James Conn Nipp pleaded guilty to the charges and was sentenced to 10 years in prison and 10 years probation.

District Attorney Craig Ladd prosecuted the case.

"You have to look at each case individually, and we felt like the evidence supported," said Ladd.

Since her disappearance, Molly's family has set up a Facebook page and hired a private investigator to look into the case.

"We have serious concerns that Mr. Nipp does know what happened that morning," said Phillip Klein.

Phillip Klein says his team has questioned hundreds of people and says their findings indicate Molly and Colt may have been murdered.

He says they have come up with some leads, one in particular.

"If you're asking me if Nipp is a person of interest; yes," said Klein.

Miller's family, says they just want answers.

"We're hoping and praying that he might step up and answer that question," said Miller.
