Kathleen Sebelius resigning from top HHS post

WASHINGTON (AP) -The Senate's top Republican says he hopes a change in leadership at the Department of Health and Human Services will bring what he calls "a candid conversation about Obamacare's shortcomings."

Kathleen Sebelius, who is resigning as HHS secretary, has been a lightning rod for critics of the new health care law. President Barack Obama is nominating his budget director, Sylvia Mathews Burwell, as her replacement.
