LAMAR CO., TX-- Next week, The Sixth Court of Appeals will hear from a Lamar County landowner who's against the Keystone XL Pipeline.
Last August, a Texas judge ruled in favor of TransCanada saying it has the right to condemn land across a Northeast Texas farm for the right-of-way of the Keystone XL Pipeline.
Landowner Julia Crawford argued that TransCanada violated her property rights, and the project could harm Indian artifacts on her land.
Crawford will now go in front of the Appellate Court next Tuesday in Greenville.
