MARSHALL COUNTY, OK-- A Marshall County landlord already arrested twice for child sex crimes, reportedly turned himself in Monday night on a third, similar charge.

Randolph Derebery turned himself into authorities, accompanied by his lawyer and bondsman and was released just after 7pm, Monday, according to sheriff's investigators.

They say he was first arrested in early April for inappropriate contact with two teenage girls living in one of his rent houses.

Since then, two other girls, under the age of 16, have come forward, accusing him of other sex crimes.

The Marshall County Sheriff's Office says, Derebery is due in court Friday, April 27th, on the first charges of lewd acts.
