MARSHALL COUNTY, OK - The Medical Examiner's office has ruled Nathan Blankenship's death a homicide. Investigators said Blankenship was stabbed to death.

The 32-year-old was reported missing Feb. 4.

Investigators said Blankenship left Oklahoma City with Jessica Cornwell and Adena Beasley on Feb. 2. Marshall County Sheriff Ed Kent said the three were in route to Madill for a drug deal.

Blankenship's body was found near Bowleg, OK on Feb. 14. Cornwell and Beasley, who are cousins, were arrested for unauthorized removal of a dead body.

The woman are expected to make their initial court appearance in Seminole County Thursday.
