LOVE COUNTY, OK -- A man charged with murdering his brother made another appearance in Love County court Tuesday.
19-year-old Leroy Jefferson Junior did not enter a guilty plea Tuesday and has decided he wants to have jury trial, which will be held June 16th.
OSBI says in December, both Leroy and his brother, Jeremy Jefferson, were with their father visiting one of his friends at a Burneyville home when Leroy picked up a gun and shot several times at Jeremy, killing him.
He's also facing a charge of escaping from detention in February.
