GRAYSON COUNTY, TX -- The man accused of murdering a Denison girl in December of 2012 has bonded out of jail.
Justin Boyce was arrested in February following an investigation by Denison police and was being held in the Grayson County jail on a $750,000 bond.
On November 28th, 2012, Denison police responded to a call of injury to a child.
3-year-old Breanna Perry, Boyce's girlfriend's daughter, had suffered several injuries and later died at the hospital.
Denison police say there was evidence that Breanna was choked and they belive Boyce was responsible for her death.
Boyce is set for a pre-trial hearing on Friday.
