MEAD, OK -- One person is dead, 3 others are injured and a driver is arrested for manslaughter after a two vehicle accident in Mead, Oklahoma.

Troopers say 35-year-old Joshua Ray of Durant, was driving a jeep on Highway 70 west of Durant. He then collided with another vehicle that rolled.

OHP says the driver of that vehicle 75-year-old Shirley Howard, of Mead, was pronounced dead at the scene.Three people in the Jeep were taken to a Durant hospital.

"It just appears one of the vehicles went left of center and struck another vehicle. Not directly head on but it was a pretty good hit where it rolled one vehicle half a time and we have one confirmed fatality," said Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper Steve Nabors.
