CHOCTAW COUNTY, OK -- A man charged with two counts of First Degree Rape pleaded not guilty in a Choctaw County Court today.
The court clerk's office says 36-year-old Hank Williams entered his plea during his arraignment and his bond was reduced from $500,000 dollars to $200,000 dollars.
Williams jury trial is set for October 9th.
He is currently being held in the Choctaw County Jail.
