HOWE, TX -- A man was taken to the hospital after a major accident on Highway 75 in Howe Saturday morning.
It happened around 8:45 a.m. just north of 902. Police say a car struck a concrete barrier head on. A 31-year-old man was taken to a local hospital by ambulance with a cut to his head. Howe Police believe that driver inattention was the cause of the crash.
Officers say a Great Dane also involved in the wreck ran away, but was found safe around 10:30 Saturday night.
