Man on bicycle hit by truck near Ardmore

ARDMORE, OK - A man on a bicycle was hit by a truck Sunday afternoon in Carter County.

It happened around 4:20 p.m. at the intersection of State Highway 70 and Dogwood Rd. near Ardmore.

Troopers said the man riding a bike was coming from the Tishomingo area when he was hit by a pick-up.

He was taken by ambulance to a local hospital in stable condition. The driver of the pick-up was not injured.

OHP hasn't released the names of the people involved.
