MARSHALL COUNTY, OK -- Randolph Derebery, the man facing several charges of child rape and molestation appeared before a Marshall County judge today.
During the preliminary hearing Derebery was charged with rape by instrumentation and lewd molestation.
He remains in the Marshall County Jail on a $1.9 million dollar bond.
He faces formal arraignment on july 11th.
