MADILL, OK -- A 9 hour manhunt that placed Madill Schools on lockdown Monday has ended.

Marshall County Under Sheriff Danny Cryer says officers responded to the Madill Walmart to investigate suspicious individuals.

There they found a U-Haul that had been reported stolen from the Dallas area.

Two men with the vehicle ran northbound from Walmart into a wooded area.

The sheriff's office, Madill police, and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol flight team assisted in the search.

Police say the two men went to a residence to try to use a phone, but the homeowner turned them away and then called 911.

They were caught around 7 p.m.

Madill police say 49-year-old Michael Jarvis of Wichita Falls, and 29-year-old Nichols Brock were arrested on theft of stolen property.

40 year old Jennifer Oneill was also arrested for the same offense as well as possession of a controlled substance.
