MARSHALL CO., OK -- A single vehicle accident sent a Marshall County deputy to the hospital Tuesday night.
Under Sheriff Danny Cryer says a deputy totaled his patrol vehicle at the intersection of Highway 106 and Highway 70 F and says it appears the deputy might have fallen asleep behind the wheel.
Cryer says the deputy was treated at a Madill hospital for his injuries and was released Wednesday morning.
No one else was involved in the accident.
