McAlester man enters guilty plea on video voyeurism charges

MCALESTER, OK -- Federal Court Records show a McAlester man charged with three counts of video voyeurism entered a guilty plea to his charges.

Prosecutors allege that Kenneth Elkins hid a camera at the McAlester Ammunition Plant and recorded women in the restroom at least three separate times.

The alleged incidents took place during the summer of 2013.

Elkins is currently out on bond.
