Murder charges filed in death of Lindsay man

MADILL, OK - The Marshall County District Attorney's Office has filed second degree murder charges for two women accused of killing a Lindsay man and dumping his body.

Investigators said Adena Beasley and Jessica Cornwell stabbed Beasley's boyfriend, Nathan Blankenship while driving to Madill to borrow money from a family member to pay off a drug debt.

The women, who are cousins, allegedly hid Blankenship's body in a trash pile in Seminole County. Beasley and Cornwell have already been charged in Seminole County with unauthorized removal of a dead body.

Marshall County Sheriff Ed Kent said the women will be brought back to Marshall County to face murder charges.
