New Associate District Judge appointed in Choctaw Co.

CHOCTAW COUNTY, OK-- Choctaw County has a new Associate District Judge.

Bill Baze, of Hugo, was appointed by Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin to fill the position left after the passing of James Wolfe.

Baze previously served as the assistant district attorney in Choctaw County and as an appellate attorney for the Oklahoma Indigent Defense System.

Governor Mary Fallin says his experience as the assistant district attorney will serve him well in his new role.
