ADA, OK -- New details on the attempted shoplifting incident in Ada that ended with shots fired by police on Friday.
An affidavit released Tuesday states, that Cordell Lee Tebe and Francisco Marin conspired to steal from the walmart.
Tebe was meant to distract officers but got stopped by a detective on the way out in connection with a previous theft.
Documents state Marin was able to walk out of the store with two 30-packs of beer and some steaks.
Tebe says he pushed a woman out of the getaway truck and took off.
The affidavit states tebe apologized for endangering others.
He faces charges of assault and battery of a police officer, eluding and conspiracy to commit a crime.
His next court appearance is set for August 20th.
