OHP releases results of sobriety checkpoint

BRYAN COUNTY, OK -- The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has released the results of a sobriety checkpoint conducted in Bryan County over the weekend.

It was held at U.S. 69 B and Choctaw Rd. OHP, the Durant Police Department and the Bryan County Sheriffs Office all participated. In four hours they arrested three drivers for DUI, two passengers for public intoxication and four people for driving with an open container.

For one out of every 400 cars checked, troopers say there was an intoxicated driver.
