OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - The state of Oklahoma is scheduled to execute two convicted killers this month.

Ronald Clinton Lott is to be put to death Tuesday for the deaths of two elderly women in the 1980s while Johnny Dale Black is set for execution on December 17th for the stabbing death of a man in Ringling.

Lott was convicted in Oklahoma County of two counts of first-degree murder for the deaths of 83-year-old Anna Laura Fowler in September 1986 and 93-year-old Zelma Cutler in January 1987.

A Stephens County jury found Black guilty of first-degree murder for the 1998 roadside attack of 54-year-old horse trainer Bill Pogue of Ringling. Pogue was stabbed multiple times and suffered broken ribs and punctured lungs.
