PARIS, TX-- A Paris man, indicted last month on multiple charges, appeared in court Tuesday.
The Lamar County District Clerks Office says, 29 year old Jonathan Dunken entered a not guilty plea and was appointed an attorney.
Dunken was arrested in July and charged with arson, burglary of a building, theft and evading arrest.
He allegedly burglarizing a metal works shop then setting the building and a stolen van on fire. Less than a week after bonding out, Dunken was back in jail after police say he led them on a chase.
The clerks office says he will have a plea hearing next month.
