FANNIN COUNTY, TX -- The murder trial for a Pottsboro man accused of killing a toddler has been rescheduled.

Michael Chaz Herman's jury trial was set to start Monday.

Fannin County District Attorney Richard Glaser says they've pushed it back to October of 2014 because the defense's expert witnesses weren't available.

Herman is accused of killing 2-year-old Logan Lively, the toddler was rushed to the hospital with severe head injuries in 2012.

She later died from her injuries.

Herman was reportedly dating Logan's mother at the time of Logan's death.
