Pottsboro HS principal to become superintendent
POTTSBORO, TX - The Pottsboro ISD Board voted Wednesday on a lone finalist for superintendent, current high school principal Kevin Matthews.

POTTSBORO, TX - The Pottsboro ISD Board voted Wednesday on a lone finalist for superintendent, current high school principal Kevin Matthews.
State law required waiting 21 days before giving a final offer, so they will offer Matthews the job at their February 27th school board meeting.
The current superintendent, Dr. Kyle Collier, is retiring at the end of the school year. He says he would like to become an adjunct professor and do consulting work. He and his family will stay in the area.
