LOVE CO., OK -- The man who may be connected to the disappearance of two Carter County residents was at the Love County Courthouse Thursday.
James Conn Nipp's preliminary hearing was set for March 24th at 1:30 p.m.
Investigators say Nipp was the last person to see Molly Miller and Colt Haynes in July, when he led police on a chase with Miller and Haynes in the car.
He was arrested again in January for another high speed chase and remains in Love County Jail.
