No suspicious devices found near Sardis Lake

PUSHMATAHA COUNTY, OK - After reports of a suspicious device Thursday morning, the Pushmataha County Sheriff's Office says no suspicious devices were found around Sardis Lake.

A bomb squad was called in to investigate a suspicious item in Pushmataha County that could be an explosive. The sheriff's office says the item was near Highway 43 at the Indian Nation Turnpike.

Authorities cleared the area for a couple of hours around noon as they searched.
