SHAWNEE, Okla. (AP) - Authorities in Pottawatomie County say they're searching for a 17-year-old boy who left home with his parents' medications, guns and about 1,000 rounds of ammunition.
Undersheriff Travis Palmer says the teen was last seen Monday night. Palmer says authorities believe the teen is driving a red 1991 Ford Ranger pickup with a Browning sticker on the back.
The teen's name was not released because of his age. Palmer says it's considered a runaway case, but authorities are concerned because the teen left with the weapons, ammunition and medications.
Anyone with information is asked to call authorities.
