SHERMAN, TX -- Candelario Luna, the man arrested for murdering his wife in Sherman, remains in the Grayson County Jail on a $500,000 bond.

But authorities are holding him on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer - which means he can't bond out of jail.
