DENISON, TX -- A Sherman man accused of murdering his girlfriend was formally arraigned Friday morning.

31-year-old Gregory Shane Bailey faces a murder charge for the death of 22-year-old Sarah Swaim.

Authorities recovered Swain's body in a wooded area east of Denison back in February.

Sherman Police say they found evidence inside the couple's mobile home linking Bailey to the murder.

Bailey remains in Grayson county jail on a $500,000 dollar bond.
