SILO, OK - Silo school officials say everyone is safe after the campus went on lockdown Tuesday.

Superintendent Bill Caruthers says the Bryan County Sheriff's Office requested the lockdown around 10:30 Tuesday morning.

Caruthers says a parent was making threatening comments, so as a precaution the campus was locked down.

Caruthers says the Sheriff's office was able to locate the woman.

No incident took place and the lockdown ended after about 45 minutes.
