HUGO, OK -- The man accused of killing two men at a Hugo apartment complex has turned himself in.

Hugo Police say Dawaylon "Hog" Rainey turned himself in at the Choctaw County Jail around 4:00 Sunday afternoon.

Authorities arrested Rainey for the Aug. 4 shooting deaths of 23-year-old Floyd Devin Clegg and 19-year-old Qualin Hayden. Agents say witnesses reported that Rainey entered an apartment where Clegg and Hayden were visiting a friend and opened fire.

Authorities say Rainey is being held on a $5 million dollar bond.

Court records do not list an attorney for Rainey.
