BURNEYVILLE, OK -- A Love County teenager has been charged with first degree murder in the death of his brother.
19-year-old Leroy Jefferson Junior is accused of shooting and killing 26-year-old Jeremy Jefferson at a Burneyville home.
OSBI says the two brothers, and their father, had just arrived at a friend's house, Monday night.
When Leroy allegedly picked up a shotgun and fired at his brother several times.
Love County Assistant District Attorney Tim Hudson said, "He was arraigned today, and was initially appeared in front of Judge Charles Roberts. His bond was denied."
The Love County Sheriff's Office says they're investigating what led to the shooting.
