Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital WNJ announces workforce reduction

SHERMAN, TX -- Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital WNJ has announced a workforce reduction of about 18 positions.

Hospital officials say they are consolidating jobs in various departments and that some of the employees impacted will be able to fill other positions.

CEO Vance Reynolds said in a statement: "We are basically realigning and consolidating our non-patient care areas to provide more care at the bedside. Through this process, maintaining the integrity and excellence of patient care is our paramount goal."
