Texoma man indicted by grand jury for stealing from the elderly

GRAYSON COUNTY, TX - A Texoma man who investigators say cheated Grayson and Cooke County residents out of money has been indicted.

29-year-old Joshua Michael Bell was indicted by a Grayson County Grand Jury on Wednesday with an enhanced charge of theft over $1,500 from an elderly victim.

Investigators say Bell went door-to-door and convinced people they needed unnecessary home repairs.. then took off with their money.

Police picked him up in Palm Beach County, Florida last March and brought him back to Texas.
