HUNT COUNTY, TX-- A Greenville man, accused of causing a crash that killed a Paris man last fall, is heading to trial.
Hunt County District Attorney says 28 year old Mathew Daggs is set for trial on December 1st.
Last October, authorities say Daggs crossed into oncoming traffic on State Highway 224, hitting another vehicle head on, killing 48 year old Billy Perry of Paris.
A judge denied a bond reduction for Daggs earlier this month. He remains behind bars on a $200,000.
